   Syntax: tbmbet [amount] [teammember]

This allows you to bet on a team in a team Bloodmatch.  You can bet
any amount of money and if your team wins, you will get a payback
based on the CLOSING ODDS.  To see the odds at any given time type
'tbmbet' without arguments.
To get a list of people/teams you can bet on type 'teamwho'.
Betting is only open from the time the Match begins to when everyone
is moved into the GRID.
