Woodblock Letter I had not yet become well known in the realm, being only one of many priests teaching the works of Gaia, but I knew my way through the realm, and most of all, I knew the existence of the other gods, and knew that they as a group would guide me safely to my destination. Gaia released me from her service, and I chose to follow Jodan, primary god of the Neutral faction. It was under his service that I realized how little I knew as a worshipper of Gaia, and how much I can learn as a worshipper of Jodan. It was here that I not only learned important facts, but accepted them to be invariable truths. It was under Jodan that I learned about the history of the gods, the creation of the world in which I existed, the constant warring between the Light, Dark, and Neutral factions, and about each god: Ziose the god of Evil, and his kindred in evil: Kalas the god of Death, Kyron the god of Combat, Nocturnis the goddess of Night; Selene the goddess of Good, Morike the goddess of Life, Torickii the god of Peace, Solaris the goddess of Day; Jodan the god of Neutrality, Maz the god of Fate, Rauthgar the god of Animals, and Lleyanna the goddess of The Hunt. It was under Jodan that I learned how all gods came from Galan, the One, and how though Ziose, Jodan, and Selene were the primary gods, they were not stronger than the others. It was here that I learned how these three factions warred against each other, in an effort to destroy the other Paths, to proclaim their Path the One and Only Path. But these people were unwise in their thoughts, in their ways. They had no agressors to their faith, they had no outside conflict stirring up their ranks. They were too busy fighting each other to comprehend that all priests must be together, the evil, neutral, and good, to prevent what has already happened...
